Campus Kitchen UGA

Lead volunteer shifts to prepare and deliver nutritious meals to the Athens community. Coordinate meal prep at UGArden, delegate responsibilities to shift volunteers, and foster teamwork among my other shift peers to reduce food insecurity in the community.
Mission: To engage the University of Georgia and Athens community in providing sustainable solutions to hunger and food waste through student-powered programs.”

Athens-Clarke County Mentor Program

Develop meaningful relationship with elementary school student. Provide support and trust through weekly visits focused on both academic and family support. Plan engaging, fun activities that promote positive development.

Mission: “To recruit, train, and support community volunteers to mentor Clarke County School District students in order to make a positive difference in their lives and to help them reach their full potential.“

Athens Humane Society

Provide sanctuary and support for the shelter dogs in the Athens community through A.H.S. Doggie Day Out program. Promotes socialization and outdoor activities for the animals. Improves well-being, while assisting A.H.S with adoption and foster options.

Mission: “We rescue and protect companion animals by providing for their wellbeing, uniting them with loving homes, and advocating for a compassionate society.”
