University of Georgia

Earned a solid foundation in health promotion principles at both the individual and community level, disease prevention, and wellness through coursework at the University of Georgia. Developed skills in program planning, research methodology, and gained hands-on experience through service learning courses and an anticipated internship.

Conducted online needs assessments and used research methodology to identify health challenges in communities and proposed evidence based interventions based on these findings.

Program Development

Designed and proposed a community intervention based on core health promotion principals with an additional focus on healthy policy and prevention.

Big fan of experiences. I love traveling, sports games or all kinds, and enjoying live music whether with friends or even alone!

I prefer to stay active and creative for my mental wellness. Whether through working out, pickleball, event planning, sewing, simply anything to keep my mind buzzing.

Community Involvement

Committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work in mentoring, cooking and meal trains, and providing health screenings and care packages for those in need.
