This was my first time back in the office since last Thursday because I was out of town for MLK Jr. weekend! Needless to say, I have some catching up to do. I came into the office and got the run down from Melissa. I am going to be working closely on the Strolling for the Colon event and there was a lot of mention for that since being gone. We gathered in Amy’s office to begin our first meeting since being interns. We started with what Melissa has done, how we can edit some of the content she’s created, etc.. Then we went over what I have done (to be quite frank not much since I have been gone), but I have created a list of things to work on tomorrow on my catch up day. I am not sure how that took nearly three hours, but it did. We went over Molly’s partner presentation and then it was time to hit lunch. Coming back from lunch, I helped AMy triple check the Breast Friends Brunch spreadsheet and update it prior to her and Molly’s meeting. With my time left, I started working on a new colon banner, captions for our instagram posts, and helping with our website. To end the day, I went over to pick up a donation and dropped it off at the Oconee office!
